- 1. How can I add a second marriage?
In order to document a second marriage it is necessary for you to register a second time and creating a family tree for the second marriage. The two pages can be attached when they are printed out.
- 2. What does it mean when a name is underlined?
When a name is underlined, that means that you can still continue into further generations on that individual.
- 3. What does it mean when a name is not underlined?
When a name is not underlined, that means that you have reached the limitation on that family line. To continue, you would need to register again and begin with that person. Then you will be allowed to continue for a few more generations. There are no limitations as to the number of times you can register.
- 4. Where is the best place to start when researching my family tree?
There are a number of great sites to help you begin your family tree. One of the best is Cyndi's List of Genealogy Sites on the Internet which can be found on our links page.
- 5. Can I submit a GEDCOM file?
The AFTER FamilyTree House is not equipped to accept GEDCOM file entries.
